It's the most wonderful time of the year!
It's time to celebrate the Holidays with your neighbors at
The Urban Oasis!
This year, we have tons of activities planned that are sure to bring comfort and joy! Craft ornaments for the community tree and take pictures at the photo booth. Shop our amazing vendors and support their local minority-owned businesses as you pick out the perfect gifts for your loved ones just in time for the holiday season! Eat an amazing meal catered by Chef Shavez of Your Wish My Dish (first come first served)! Get cozy with a cup of cocoa or apples and cinnamon tea, and eat popcorn as you sing along to your favorite carols and watch a holiday movie under the stars!
GET INVOLVED! BECOME A VENDOR
*WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR VENDORS:
Merchandise and Food Stall Vendors: Space within heated tent, (1) 8-foot or (1) 6-foot table, 2 folding chairs, electrical outlet options available
*All tents, tables, chairs, and electrical equipment remain the property of The Urban Oasis, Inc.,
and must be returned in the condition in which they are received by the event's end. The vendor will assume all financial responsibility for any damaged or missing property.
**EVENT DETAILS & GUIDELINES:
Event Date: Saturday, Decemebr 10th, 2022
Vendor Check-In & Setup - 2:00pm to 3:00pm (Booths must be completely setup by 3:30pm)
Holiday Program Duration - 4pm to 7pm
Vendor Breakdown - 7pm to 8pm
**Vendors are required to adhere to all setup and breakdown timeframes
Vendors will not be allowed to check-in or setup after 3:30pm
Notice of Cancellation must be given in writing at least 3 days prior to the event for full refund.
Vendors are required to provide proof of proper permits and licenses
