Become a Vendor!

*WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR VENDORS:

Merchandise and Food Stall Vendors: Space within heated tent, (1) 8-foot or (1) 6-foot table, 2 folding chairs, electrical outlet options available

​

*All tents, tables, chairs, and electrical equipment remain the property of The Urban Oasis, Inc., and must be returned in the condition in which they are received by the event's end. The vendor will assume all financial responsibility for any damaged or missing property.

**EVENT DETAILS & GUIDELINES:

​

Event Date: Saturday, December 14th, 2024

Vendor Check-In & Setup - 2:00pm to 3:00pm

(Booths must be completely setup by 3:30pm)

Holiday Program Duration - 4pm to 7pm

Vendor Breakdown - 7pm to 8pm

**Vendors are required to adhere to all setup and breakdown timeframes

Vendors will not be allowed to check-in or setup after 3:30pm

Notice of Cancellation must be given in writing at least 3 days prior to the event for full refund.

Vendors are required to provide proof of proper permits and licenses
